Thai Bodywork $60/hr

THAI BODYWORK IS A FORM OF BODY AND ENERGY WORK TYPICALLY DONE ON A THICK MAT ON THE FLOOR, DURING WHICH THE CLIENT REMAINS FULLY CLOTHED, SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO WEAR CLOTHING THAT YOU CAN MOVE EASILY IN. The Thai Bodywork technique incorporates GENTLE MANIPULATION & STRETCHING; RANGE OF MOTION, COMPRESSION, AND OTHER TECHNIQUES to affect the whole body and nervous system, to relieve pain and restore balance. It is safe and effective for the majority of people - from strong athletes to more frail or elderly clients. Clients generally leave pain-free or with pain greatly reduced and with a general feeling of wellbeing.
